Leonard E. Merrell Center Facility Reservation Procedures
The following information has been developed to assist groups/organizations considering rental of the Leonard E. Merrell Center. The proper procedures/ guidelines for submitting and completing reservation forms for facilities at the Merrell Center are briefly outlined in this packet. In addition to the Merrell Center procedures/guidelines, groups/organizations must also adhere to the requirements and procedures outlined in the Board Policies and Administrative Regulations at GKD and specific details as stated in the rental agreement.
