The Merrell Center is a facility that is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act  (ADA). Please see a Merrell Center event staff member for direction to accessible seating.

Can I bring my own food and beverage to an event?

Guests may not bring their own food and/or beverage to any Merrell Center event.

Is there a Lost and Found and where is it located?

Please see any of our ”Event Staff” for information regarding lost and found during an event. For further information, call the Merrell Center office.  

Can I bring my camera to the Merrell Center?

Small, non-professional cameras may be brought into the Merrell Center. Please note that for certain events cameras may not be allowed into the arena.

What items are prohibited inside the Merrell Center?

For safety reasons, guests are refused entry if they are in possession of prohibited items.  Illegal items will be confiscated and turned over to the police.  If a guest is found inside the arena with prohibited items, the items will be confiscated and the guest may be ejected from the facility.
Guest with specific/special dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious requirements should contact the Merrell Center office prior to attending the event.

The following items are not permitted at Merrell Center:
Aerosol Cans

Alcohol
Animals/Pets (except service animals)
Audio/ Video Equipment
Balloons and Beach Balls
Cans, Bottles, Glass or Other Beverage Containers
Chains, Studded Bracelets, etc.
Coolers or Ice Chests
Illegal Drugs
Large Bags and Purses
Laser Pens and Pointers
Noisemaking Devices (i.e. whistles, air horns)
Outside Food and Beverage
Professional Photography Equipment
Poles to Display Banners, Flags, etc.
Skateboards and/or Rollerblades

Tripods and other equipment that could pose a tripping hazards
Un-approved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements, etc.
Weapons (i.e. pepper spray, tear gas, handcuffs, stun guns, etc.)
Any Other Item Deemed to be Inappropriate or Dangerous by Merrell Center Management

Are there ATMs inside the Merrell Center?

There is an ATMs located in the South Lobby of the Merrell Center.

Can I smoke inside The Merrell Center?

The Merrell Center is a smoke-free facility.

Are there Family Restrooms available?

Yes, the Merrell Center has many family restrooms located throughout the arena. Ask any Merrell Center event staff member for locations.

Can I bring banners or signs to events at the Merrell Center?

Signs and banners are allowed if they do not block the view of other guests. Any arena signage must meet the approval of Merrell Center Management.

Can I use my cell phone at the Merrell Center?

Cell phones are allowed inside the Merrell Center, however we request you use the public concourse areas to make and receive calls. 

Where are the concessions located at in the Merrell Center?

There are two permanent concession stands behind sections 206 and 216 on the 2nd floor concourse. Some events may also have a number of portable food and beverage locations throughout the building.

 What do I do in case of an emergency?

In the event you need emergency attention, please notify the nearest EMS, police officer, or event staff.
